Review
A considered opinion piece that judges a book, film, show, restaurant or other work to inform and guide the reader.
A review describes a work fairly, then judges it. The reader wants to know what it is, whether it is any good, and why. It is opinion, so it is subjective, but it must be honest and grounded in the work itself rather than the reputation around it. Reviewing is a common way for freelancers to break in, because outlets always need them.
